THE WANGANUI CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY, LIMITED. y/OTICE is hereby given that a ' L meeting of The Wanganui Cooperative Society, Ltd., will be held on Thursday, the 21st day of August, 1941, at Room 7, Earle’s Buildings, Wanganui, at 8 p.m., at which a resolution for voluntary winding-up is to be proposed, AND THAT a meeting of the creditors of the said Society will be held pursuant to Section 234 of “The Companies Act, 1933,” at the offices of Messieurs. Burnett, and Brown, Solicitors, Ridgway Street, Wanganui, on Friday, the 22nd day of August, 1941, at 4.30 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the affairs of the Society, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of Section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the Society, and in pursuance of Section 236 of the said Act, may appoint a Committee of inspection.
