JUNIOR RUGBY PLAYER’S DEATH

INJURIES WHILE PLAYING (Press Assn.) Blenheim, July 29. Removed from the football field on Saturday unconscious, Ashley Patrick Wilson, aged 16. died last night in the Wairau Public Hospital as a result of cerebral concussion. Wilson. who was a promising athlete, collided with another player in a junior match, Old Boys v. Opawa. He was a son of Mr. Ernest James Wilson, Springlands.
