NO SPECTACULAR CLAIMS London, July 21. Berlin is disappointed that there have been no spectacular German claims. The only German communique issued last night referred to “German, Hungarian and Rumanian troops pursuing a beaten foe in the southern sector.” In spite of the “beaten foe,” the Germans have not yet captured Kiev,, which they said had fallen nine days ago. In the Moscow communique reference is made to fighting in the Novo-grad-Volynsk sector. The Russians claim to haye shot down 31 German planes for the loss of six of their own. Moscow had its sixth alert last night, but no bombs were. drppped.
