The lease will be at an upset rental of £l5 12s per annum. The material provisions of the lease are: a term of 21 years: a rent of £l5 12s: covenants to pay rates, to repair, to Insure, to use the premises as a private dwelling house only, not to alter or erect buildings without consent, not to assign without consent, with a provision for perpetual renewal in accordance with the last Schedule of the Public Bodies Leases Act, 1908.
