FIRST MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY INSTALLATION OF MAYOR Called for night, the ordinary meeting of the Wanganui City Council will be adjourned until Wednesday, when the Mayor, Hon. W. J. Rogers, M.L.C., wilt ID installed in office, which will be followed by the swearing-in of the council members, who make the usual declaration in which they promise, faithfully and impartially, and to the best of 'their skill and judgment, to exercise the powers tyid authorities vested in them.

The ordinary routine business scheduled for the meeting will then be proceeded with.
