PAPARANGI DOG TRIALS Special prizes won at the Paparangi Dog Trial Club's meeting recently were awarded as follows: — Mr. J. Vestey’s special £1 for ownerscoring most points in class Hl: D. McKinnon (Makirikiri), 106 points. Mr. J. Vestey’s special £2 for owne) securing most points in Classes I anc II: W. V. Mclntyre (Inglewood), 183 points. Mr. J. Williams’ special for twodog team (one huntaway and one heading dog): S. Herbert’s Boy and Jet, 96 points Women's Catering Committee's trophy for owner scoring most points at trials: H. Guliery (Wanganui), 235 points. Challenge cup donated by Mr. F. Bristol in class III: A. McKay’s Don.
Challenge cup donated by Lt.-Col. Davis in class I: Won outright by F. Smith’s Highland King 11. President’s challenge cup in class II: G. Murphy’s (Kohuratahi) Paddy.
