FIRST N.Z. MINISTER IN WASHINGTON Received Feb. 25, 10.55 p m LONDON, Feb. 24. The evening Standard suggests that tile Rt. Mon. J. G. Coates will probably be the first New Zealand Minister in Washington. It adds that he is well-known in America and in London.
