SECOND RAID ON COASTAL TOWN

GERMANS OVER ENGLAND R.A.F. BOMB INVASION PORTS AGAIN Received Feb. 25, 12.10 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 24. The Air Ministry states that enemy air activity last night was not heavy and soon ceased. Bombs fell on a town on the north-east coast and a number of scattered points near the east coast, also on the London area. There was little damage and few casualties. For the second night in succession raiders attacked a north-east coastal town for hours. Bombs demolished houses, causing some deaths there and also in another north-east town. The ground defences and night fighters severely harassed the raiders. After a busy day patrolling the Straits of Dover, the R.A.F. raided the invasion coast last night. Visibility was not good, but watchers on the south-east coast saw flashes in the Boulogne and Calais districts.
