USE OF GREY POWDER DEMONSTRATION IN LIVERPOOL [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Feb. 17. Heads of Liverpool’s civil defence services and business firms saw an incendiary bomb extinguished by a grey coloured powder at a demonstration in Liverpool Fire Brigade headquarters. All other known methods have the effect of merely controlling the bomb.
