WANGANUI SENIOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES ON SATURDAY. Bright batting was featured in senior club cricket on Saturday. The best individual effort was by S. Nimmo (United) who scored 95, which included 17 fours and one six. United, in compiling 206, scored the highest total of the afternoon. Both the Wanganui Collegiate School and Wanganui Technical College resumed play in the championship after the Christmas holidays. Details:—
