MINISTER OF SUPPLY SECONDARY INDUSTT.IES TO BE INSPECTED [ Per Press Association. 1 WELLINGTON, Feb. 7. The Minister of Industries and Commerce and of Supply, Hon. D. G. Sullivan, left Wellington to-night for the South Island. The Minister will spend to-morrow in Christchurch where he will discuss with the wheat controller the position regarding labour for wheat farmers. The Minister of Labour, Hon. P. Webb, will participate in this discussion, Mr. Sullivan will proceed to Dunedin on Sunday and on Monday and Tuesday he will inspect secondary industries in that city. Late on Tuesday afternoon Mr. Sullivan will leave for Invercargill and on Wednesday will inspect manufacturing enterprises there, as well as linen and flax factories in Otautau and Winton. He will return to Dunedin on Thursday evening, to Christchurch the following day and to Wellington on Sunday.
