In compliance with the request of the British Ministry o£ Food, the shipment of ewe mutton weighing over 721 b. is limited to the 1938-39 proportions of these grades to the total mutton carcases shipped, and all freezing companies will be expected to confine shipments to carcases weighing 721 b. and over to these proportions. .
