WANGANUI RESIDENTIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
ENTRIES CLOSE ON MONDAY. Entries for the Wanganui Lawn Tennis Association’s residential tournament which will begin on the Wanganui Club's courts on Saturday, February 15 and will continue the next day and the following week-end, will close on Monday, February 10. The draw will be held on Wednesday, February 12. The events to be contested are: Championships, men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, combined doubles. B Grade: Men's singles, women's singles. The referee will be Mr. S. Powdrell. Members of the Home Guard will be allowed leave on Sundays if there is a parade.
