“THE GAUNT STRANGER” AM) “GIT ALONG LITTLE DOGGIE." “The Gaunt Stranger” screening tonight at the Duchess Theatre is undoubtedly Edgar Wallace’s greatest mystery thriller adapted from the world popular book “The Ringer." There's thrills, suspense, murder, romance, yet a laugh in every line. Sonnie Hale and Wilfred Sanson, of “Doolittle” fame have the leading roles. Also screening is the world famous pony cowboy. Gene Autry, in “Git Along Little Doggie," with Smiley Burnette. Gene sings seven grand songs in the new and pulsestirring yarn of battling ranchers and oil interests.
