LIMIT ON WOOL DUMPS
SUGGESTION OF INCREASE | Tef Press Association. J WELLINGTON, Jan. 13. The New Zealand Farmers’ Union suggested that, shipping space could be saved by increasing Ihe present limit of 7001bs. for wool dumps. The Minister of Marketing. Hon. W. Nash, replying, says the suggestion has already been considered by the Agricultural Department. The department took up the matter with the controlling wool appraiser, the president of I he Federation of Labour, and the secretary of the Shipowners’ Allotment. Committee. Alt considered the proposal impracticable.
