AIR-RAID SHELTERS FOR UNITED STATES
COMMITTEE TO ADVISE Received Jan. 12. 7.30 p.m. WASHINGTON. Jan. 11. Mr. H. L. Stimson, Secretary of War, has appointed a committee of seven leading engineers to advise on air-raid shelters, water supply, power and other vital civilian installations in war-time.
