PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT’S REPRESENTATIVE

ARRIVAL IN LONDON. LONDON, Jan. 9. The new personal representative of the United States President, Mr. H. L. Hopkins, arrived by plane at 3 p.m. from Lisbon. The Australian Minister in Washington, Mr. R. G. Casey, announced that Mr. Harry M. Burrell has been named the Australian naval attache in Washington. It is understood that a United States naval attache is also en route to Australia.
