OIL FUEL RETAIL HOURS
REVISED REGULATIONS ADVERTISING OF REQUISITIONS. [ Fcr Fi«as Association.] WELLINGTON, Jan. 9. Revised Oil Fuel Retail Hours Emergency Regulations are issued with the Gazette. These state that the sponsors of any requisition to fix the hours of business of retail licensees are required to give a notice in the local press at least seven days prior to the delivery of the requisition to the Minister. Provision is also made for a right of appeal on the grounds of undue hardship, eo a stipendiary magistrate, by any retail licensee, for a total or partial exemption from the provisions of any closing order issued by the Minister.
