THE GERMANS ARE DISAPPOINTED
SECOND WINTER OF WAR •Received Dec. 3, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 2. The Berlin correspondent of the Stockholm Tidningen states that in Berlin great disappointment is felt at having to endure a second winter of war, for the Germans definitely expected that the air war would cause Britain to yield. Britain, the correspondent states, does not show any signs of failing after three months of air war.
