There will be a sitting of the Compensation Court in Wanganui on Monday and Tuesday. Mr. Justice O’Regan will preside and afterward will proceed to New Plymouth, whence, after disposing of the cases there, he will go to Auckland where the sessions will begin on Monday, August 26. With the end of the Wellington sessions of the Court, Mr Justice O’Regan has covered the whole Dominion since his appoint-

ment. The hearing of the first case started in Auckland on March 13, and notwithstanding the interval of the Easter vacation, the Court has since sat in Auckland (twice), Hamilton (twice), Rotorua, Napier, New Plymouth, Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin, Invercargill, Greymouth, Palmerston North, Blenheim, and Wellington. In all 114 cases were disposed of, and there were 30 written judgments, of which several were of unusual length.
