SOLDIER INJURED

MOTOR-CAR HE WAS DRIVING CAPSIZED MISHAP NEAR WESTMERE Early yesterday afternoon, Private J. R. Davies, whose home is at Maxwell. but who is attached to a training battalion in Trentham militaiy camp, was injured when a car he was driving overturned on the Blueskin Road, near Westmere. He was travelling towards nui when the car turned over and ” came to rest on its side. He suffered head injuries and was taken to the Wanganui Public Hospital by the Free Ambulance. His condition last night was quite satisfactory.
