» DR. CLODIUS GOING TO ITALY Received April 23, 10.8 p.m. LONDON, April 23. The Bucharest correspondent of The Times says that the German trade envoy, Dr. Clodius, is going to Italy after the signing of a protocol whereby the exchange rate remains unchanged for Rumanian exports of oil and wheat. The quantities also are unchanged. Germany will increase her prices here for exports varying from 30 to 100 per cent. The foreign trade chief, M. Christu, has gone to Italy with an important trade mission.
