SCHOOL COMMITTEE ELECTIONS

HOUSEHOLDERS MEET THE WANGANUI DISTRICT NAMES OF THOSE ELECTED Meetings of householders were held last night in the Wanganui Education Board’s district for the purpose of electing school committees for the ensuing two years. Keen interest was shown in all the city meetings and in some of the country districts, but in certain localities attendances were small.
