BUCKINGHAM PALACE CEREMONY CANADIANS ON PARADE [ British Oficial Wireless. ] RUGBY', April 21. A large crowd outside Buckingham Palace watched the guard-changing ceremony in which two Canadian regiments took part. The Twentysecond Royal Regiment, which look over the guard of the Palace on Wednesday, was relieved by the Toronto Scottish, of which regiment the Queen is colonel-in-chief.
