TIGHTENING GRIP UPON DENMARK
♦ NAZI FORCES OF OCCUPATION BEING INCREASED [ British Official Wlrele.-a ] RUGBY, April 21. A member of the British Legation staff who has arrived from Copenlagen said it was to be expected that he German grip on Denmark would x? tightened steadily. It was already rbvious that the forces of occupation vere being rapidly augmented, while he forces of pentration—German adisers, German controllers, a..d Gernan overseers were likewise expanding. The official German news agency las announced that the whole of the banish Army has been dismissed ex■ept small detachments for guard and )atrol duties. The training of officers ind non-commissioned officers will ■ontinue. The naval forces will be iismissed gradually.
