IMPORTATION OF BOOKS AUSTRALIAN BAN IMPOSED
Received April 12, 5.5 p.m. CANBERRA, April 12. The importation of hundreds of magazines, comics and periodicals produced in non-sterling countries and the United States, now on sale on bookstalls throughout Australia, have been banned under regulations issued by the Federal Government.
