RUSSIAN OVERTURES
TRADE TALKS WITH BRITAIN Received April 11, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, April 10. Mr. R. A. Butler (Foreign Affairs Under-Secretary) said in the House of Commons that no recent negotiatrons with Russia regarding a resumption of trade discussions had taken place, but the Soviet Ambassador had lately raised the question with Lord Halifax.
