NORTH ISLAND PIRATES RUGBY TOURNAMENT [ Per Press Association.J WELLINGTON, March 25. Beating Napier Pirates 9 to nil in the final, Wanganui Pirates won the annual North Island Pirates’ Rugby tournament. Wellington Pirates and Kia Toa Pirates (Palmerston North) were eliminated on Saturday. For Wanganui, A. Duncan kicked a penalty and G. Pedley scored two unconverted tries. Kia Toa beat Wellington 9-5.
