AUSTRALIAN WAR AND ECONOMIC CABINETS
MELBOURNE, March 22. Newly-constituted War and Economic Cabinets, formed because of the United Australia and United Country Party coalition, were announced by Mr. Menzies as follow: War Cabinet.—Prime Minister, Mr. R. G. Menzies; Navy and Commerce, Mr. A. G. Cameron; Attorney-General, Mr. W. M. Hughes; Army, Brigadier A. Street; Supply, Sir Frederick Stewart; Air. Mr. J. V. Fairbairn; Treasurer. Mr. P. C. Spender; Interior, Senator H. S. Foil; External Affairs, Mr. J. McEwan. Economic Cabinet.—Messrs. Menzies, Cameron, Spender and Thorby, Sir Frederick Stewart and Senators McLeay and Mcßride.
