INDIAN NATIONALISTS '.VAR ON BRITISH POLICY CALCUTTA, Mai ch 19. Mr. Subhas Bose, speaking at an anti-compromise conference being held simultaneously with Congress, urged immediate and uncompromising war against the British policy, and added that if Mahatma Ganahi failed in his duty the bugle to fight should be sounded.
