PEDIGREE PIG SALE. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd., reports having helu, under lhe auspices or the MansiwatuOroua orancn of the N.Z. Pig Breeders Association, the annual pedigree sale of Large Black, Berkshire, and Tamwortli sows and boars. The catalogue was well represented with entries trom the best known breeders in the Manawatu ana surrounding districts, and was submitted to a large oeneh ol buyers from lhe Levin, Masterton, Taihape, Dannevirke Taranaki, and Manawatu districts. A feature of the sale was the complete dispersal ol Mr. O. C. Larsens Ml. Pleasant Berkshire Stud, Dannevirke, which drew buyers irom several districts and sold under good competition, a very satisfactory clearance being effected.
