SCHOOLBOY’S DEATH
DROWNED IN WAIROA RIVER [Pci Press Association.) AUCKLAND, reb. 21. A schoolboy, Arthur William Francis Scott, aged 13, son of Mr. E. Scott, of Cievedon, was drowned this afternoon in the Wairoa River several bundled ya ids up the river from the Cievedon In company with about six other eluldren, including his smaii sister, he int to the river bank for a vwim. He was seen to dive in ami when he failed to appear again the child! en i gave the alarm. A search was made and the body was found in a bole m the river about 12ft. deep.
