Macarthy Trust for distribu-: tion to charitable and educational I institutions in the provincial district ( of Wellington. Applications must be i made on special forms to be obtained ; from the District Public Trustee, Wei- ( lington, and must be lodged with that i officer not later than February 28, ( 1940. The applications, when re- i ceived, will be considered by the ad- ( visory committee set up by the Board ( of Governors of the trust. Recommendations will then be made by the advisory committee to the Board of ( Governors, which will finally decide on the allocation of the grants. '
