NEUTRALS MUST LEAVE LEAGUE I NOTIFICATION SHORTLY I (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) Received Jan. 5. 11.30 p.m. COPENHAGEN, Jan. 5. The National Tidende's Berlin correspondent says it is reliably reported that Germany is shortly notifying the neutrals that they cannot retain League membership and remain neutral, because Britain and i France dominate the League.
