SEVEN O'CLOCK PARTY
<Own Correspondent.) PATEA, Dec. 27. Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Moore, Patea, entertained at a "seven o'clock” party on Boxing Day for Patea friends to meet newly-married Mr and Mrs. Lawrence Moore. To receive the guests, the hostess wore a sage green boucle frock under a black crushed velvet coatee. The buffet tea table was arranged with lovely pink carnations, everyone enjoying the delicious savoury tea amid “chatter," and after drinking the health of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Moore, the guests toasted Lieut. J. Julian and Mr. Nathan Gardiner, who leave with the first echelon for overseas. The guests were Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Moore; Lieut, and Mrs. J. Julian.
