GERMAN ACCUSATION MISCONDICT BY BRITISH SEAMAN ALLEGED Received Dec. 22. 12.20 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 21. A message from Berlin reports that the official agency stated: “We have just learned of unexampled occurrences at the burial oi the Graf Spee’s dead. A British seaman spat on the coffins during lh> procession, yowled during the funeral oration and threw a dead dog intc ' the grave.”
