The regulations regarding parking will not be j enforced by the City Council traffic Ideparimenl in-so-far as they apply to a lime limit. One feature wnich will assist in the handling of traffic is the parking of cars in an orderly fashion. If space is not wasted it is believed that tner* wil be no difficulty in providing aotquate space quite close to the main shopping area.
