FINES TOTALLING £250 CASES AT TAUMARUNUI Fines totalling £250 were imposed in the Police Court at Taumarunui yesterday on men who were charged with disposing of liquor in a prohibited area, the King Country. Owen William Hughes was fined £25 for illicit sale of liquor, £5 for bringing the liquor into a no-licence area, and £5 for not having the liquor labelled.
