AIR-TRAINING SCHEME
PREPARATIONS IN CANADA Received Oct. 15. 7 p.m. QUEBEC, Oct. 14. A British mission of eight, headed by Lord Riverdale, arrived en route to Ottawa to discuss methods of coordinating the Empire air strength. It is officially stated that the Canadian air-train l ng scheme will cost 700,000,000 dollars the first year and will involve the creation of a new Canadian air establishment, ot 1375 officers and 13,000 men.
