MISCELLANEOUS CASES The following miscellaneous casis were dealt, with by Mr. A. Coleman. S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, at Wanganui yesterday. The police were represented by Senior-Sergeant L. R. Mr. Coleman informed defendant ; that he would land himself into: trouble if he persisted with this care- ■ less riding. For failing to give way to another | vehicle on the right, D’Arcy Nesbet ( was fined £2, with costs Ils. Rangi Kingi was charged with neg- j ligently driving a motor-car on the I main highway near Wangaehu, and was fined £3, with costs 17s.
