LADIES’ HOCKEY KIA ORA WINS CHAMPIONSHIP The final games in lhe Rangitikci I ladies hockey championship were played on Saturday. Kia Ora, who went through the two rounds unbeaten again take the championship I honours. Umted-Tutaenui A, who lost one game, were lunners-up. The seeson has not yet closed, as several tournaments have yet to be played, Kia Ora defeated Kia Kaha by 4 to nil; United-Tutaenui A defeated Hqnterville by 7 Io nil, and United-Tutae-nui B defeated Huia by 2 goals lo Hockey Dance. The Marton and United-Tutaenui Hockey Clubs heal a successful dance in the Druids’ Hall on Friday night. The hall was well filled with dancer.'. The Monte Carlo was won by Miss R. Thomson and Mr, K.
