DIVIDEND OF « PER CENT. I'he directors of Hie Scoullar Company, Ltd., Wellington, in their report for the 12 months ended April 30 state that the profit and loss account shows a net profit from the yeai\ trading of £3624 Ils, which, with the balance of £ll4O 15s 7d brought forward, makes available the sum o: £4765 9s Id. The directors recommend the payment of a dividend of 6 per cent., absorbing £1373 0s 10d, leaving the balance, after providing for income and social security tax and directors’ lees to be carried forward.
