BRITISH TEKRITOKIAL STRENGTH. (British Otiicia! Wireless.) RUGBY, July 14. Returns in the recruiting for the Territorial field army for the fortnight ended July 8, during which time field force units were in many cases in camp or getting ready to go to camp, show an increase of 1659 officers and men. This brings the total present potential strength of the Territorial Army field force to approximately 295,000 officers and men.
