FRANCE TO RETALIATE
NZ RESTRICTIONS SURTAXES ON DOMINION PRODUCTS (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) PARIS, June 20. A decree is being prepared, imposing surtaxes on the importation of most New Zealand products, with the exception of wool, in reply to New Zealand’s restrictions, which arc harming French exports to a considerable exlent.
