No Cattle Wharf. Now that the cattle wharf at Wanganui has been demolished there arc no falicities tor loading cattle for shipment. At a meeting of the Wanganui Harbour Board yesterday, Mr. R. Farley asked it the matter couid be taken up. He understood that there was a fair demand for shipping space for cattle intended for Picton. The chairman of the hoard <Mr. N. G. Armstrong) said that the matter had been gone into and there was very little revenue to be obtained from cattle transport. However, Mr. Farley would bring the matter up before the next meeting of the Works Committee.
