SPIRITUAL AFFINITY GENERAL FRANCO’S HOPES ROME, May 16. The Popolo d’ltalian publishes an interview with General Franco, in which he said: "Spain will organise a democracy in which all institutions will submit to the supreme interest of the nation.’’ His oplicy was to develop the spiritual affinity between Italy and Spain and increase mutual trade.
