GERMANS IN BRITAIN
FURTHER REPRISALS FOR EXPULSIONS. BERLIN, May 15. He declared: "Germans abroad are regarded as scapegoats for hatred felt against the Reich. Nevertheless, we don't, want an expulsion war, as Germans abroad are merely ambassadors of goodwill.”
