"STOLEN POSSESSIONS” THE CAMPAIGN RENEWED VIENNA, May 15. On the eve of the Colonial Congress to be held here to-morrow, the Nazis have launched a most intense campaign in the Press demanding the return of the Reich's “stolen possessions." General von Epp. chief of the Colonial League, and other leaders harp on the theme that Germany needs space in order to live. Thirty thousand persoiv, including former colonial Governors and administrators, are expected to attend the congress. "HAND OVER OUR COLONIES” COLONIAL FEDERATION IN SESSION Received May 16, 11.5 p.m. VIENNA. May 16. "Hand over our colonies,” is the slogan of the Colonial Federation at present in session. The streets are crowded with former members ot the colonial troops. An enormous black map of Africa forms the background of the decorations at the federation’s buildings.
