"HAND OVER OUR COLONIES” COLONIAL FEDERATION IN SESSION Received May 16, 11.5 p.m. VIENNA. May 16. "Hand over our colonies,” is the slogan of the Colonial Federation at present in session. The streets are crowded with former members ot the colonial troops. An enormous black map of Africa forms the background of the decorations at the federation’s buildings.
