ONE-NIGHT TOURNAMENT . ! SUCCESS AT WESTMERE RECORD ENTRIES RECEIVED Record entries for a one-night tournament were received for the tournament conducted in the Westmere Town Hall on behaif of the Wanganui Table Tennis Association by Messrs. Feist, Stewart, and Dark. Some excellent play was witnessed, A. Healey winning the men’s open singles, Miss E. Gillies the ladies open singles, and H. Wilson the mixed handicap singles. A dainty supper was served by the ladies of the Brunswick Table Tennis Club, and at the conclusion of play Mr. Feist thanked all for their generous support. Mr. Gillies presented the trophies to the winners.
