TOOTH AND CO., LTD. Tooth and Company, Ltd, Sydney, on Monday advised the Stock Exchange Association that the directors have declared an interim dividend at the rate of 12 per cent, per annum. The dividend is payable on May 18. Last year the company paid an interim dividend of 5-1 per cent., and a final of 6 per cent., making 111 per | cent, for the full year. DOMINION FERTILIZER CO. A net profit of £15,733, against £21,127 last year and the maintenance of a 6 per cent, dividend are reported by the Dominion Fertilizer Company Ltd. for the year ended March 31. Sales show a decline of £24,463 at £182,941. The unappropriated balance brought forward from profit and loss account last year was £1721, which, less additional income tax in respect of the year ended March, 1938 (£l9), and with the net profit this year, leaves available for distribution the sum of £17,486. The directors recommend payment of a dividend of 6 per cent. (£14,434) and to carry forward £3052.
